Helicobacter pylori (HP), observed under the microscope as a curved or S-shaped bacteria, mainly resides in the mucosa of the gastric sinus near the pylorus, hence the name Helicobacter pylori. There is increasing evidence that HP infection is an important pathogenic factor in chronic gastritis, peptic ulcer, gastric cancer, gastric mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue, and is associated with functional dyspepsia and pernicious anemia. The World Health Organization has clearly indicated that HP is a class I carcinogenic factor.
Mouse Anti-Human Helicobacter pylori Antibody is obtained by immunization of healthy pure line mice with high purity antigen, and antibody producing cell lines are obtained by hybridoma technology, and the antibody is affinity purified, which can be used for Helicobacter pylori immunological detection and analysis.
